He also advised on the privatization of Wyszkowska Fabryka Mebli and on liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings of i upadłościowym numerous companies, i.e. Arston (Polish Record Label),Mazowieckie Przedsiębiorstwo Materiałów Izolacji Budowlanej in Małkinia.
Today, Andrzej Puławski’s main field of interest is instant advising on business, civil and criminal administracyjnego, w szczególności prawa budowlanego z uwzględnieniem procedury uzyskiwania criminal issues. He is also a specialist in administrative law such as construction law with its permit granting procedure, advisory on acquisition and transfer of real property rights, crediting and other financing forms, negotiating commercial contracts, design and finishing construction works contracts.
Within the scope of his services Andrzej Puławski prepares legal opinions, consults, participates in negotiations, prepares official letters, acts in the capacity of Attorney ad Litem before common and arbitration courts.
